The first Blog-CISD

i have come to understanding; after a lot of informing from my lecturer that many businesses fail due to a number of facts. some being that the businesses themself prefer to save money rather than carrying out certain types of risk assesment with the programming. another being that the communication between the developer and the business lacks detail of the actual requirements. etc etc we could bring up many different reasons such as "pass the blame" but knowing all this means that:

we have to learn from their mistakes and not our own which could cost billions of dollars in losses per day eventually.

WE NEED TO DO WHAT THEY DON'T, WE NEED TO BE WHAT THEY AREN'T AND WE NEED TO EARN WHAT THEY SHOULDN'T!

  1. it seem pretty simple though...companies should higher someone to "analyse" what they SPECIFICLY need then pass that on... rather than giving basic instructions ..because when it comes back wrong its the companies fault at the end of the day

  2. yes, 'confused young man' this is why i mention the way the devloper and the companies always pass the blame...the blame will go round in circles and in the end nobody is identified as the wrong-doer.

maybe they need to delegate tasks and responsibilities in a more efficient manner and ensure like u said they all 'cover their backsides' by ensuring they each give the right details to each other and both ask the relevant questions.

  3. This is an interesting news video which shows how the giant software making company MICROSOFT fails to prove their software works.
